Designed especially for members of the UK’s Black Christian community, this brief information pack summarises the top health issues which affect Britain’s Black population.

The leaflet provides guidance to empower people of Black Caribbean and African heritage to take proactive measures which help guard against ill health, focusing on five key priority areas identified by the NHS.

The five areas are: cancer; respiratory conditions; blood pressure; mental health and maternal health. The leaflet breaks down each of these health areas with simple language and explanatory infographics.
