| Family Day celebrating the contribution of Black Africans from the Portuguese-speaking community in building local communities. As we mark the 100th birthday of Amilcar Cabral, we’ll honour his legacy in shaping Afro-Lusophone history through stories, allegories, and a workshop on his life. The event includes a presentation, Q&A with ex-colleagues, family members, and experts, followed by live music, dance performances, a fashion show, children’s activities, food tasting, and an African artisan market.
