Health Hour

Health Hour, facilitated and hosted by the Caribbean and African Health Network (CAHN).  Is an initiative brings together Black doctors, medical consultants, GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and influential community leaders to share their expertise and empower communities with essential health knowledge on prevention, management, and treatment.

From 2020 until now we have successfully delivered over 400 sessions every Saturday.

Our program is dedicated to engaging community members with health knowledge and advice specifically tailored for Caribbean and African individuals. We cover a wide range of health topics, including cancer, menopause, sickle cell disease, blood donation, kidney health, dental care, screenings, vaccinations, mental health, and much more.

Health Hour is designed to reach people where they are, enabling them to take control of their health and support others in their communities. Join us to gain valuable insights and tools for better health, all provided by dedicated healthcare professionals who volunteer their time for this important cause.

Health Hour is not only a local initiative but also a global platform, reaching audiences worldwide. Register to receive the Zoom link or watch live on CAHN’s social media platforms—LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

Stay updated and join us every Saturday at 11 AM to watch live!
